Aston were approached by the client to carry out the full M&E design for the building, taking into account his desire for the latest technology and energy efficiency.

The seafront location and plant space limitations proved to be difficult to overcome but a final design was agreed using Daikin ASHP as the primary heating source.

There was an incredible amount of co-ordination work with the client, main contractor, architect, consultants, utility companies and sub-contractors and the project was finally delivered to the highest standard and within budget.

After successfully tendering for the Mechanical & Electrical Services package provided by the client appointed consultants (T&G) Aston Services Limited were asked to provide an alternative value engineered scheme without compromising the design intent for Prosperity 24/7’s business headquarters in Castle Quay, in St Helier Harbour.

Aston Services were approached by the client’s architect Dion Elliott (EDP) to provide a full M&E design based upon their design aspirations. As Aston were already carrying out the CAT A installations for the landlord so we were able to adapt the services design to accommodate the CAT B elements.
