After successfully tendering for the Mechanical & Electrical Services package provided by the client appointed consultants (T&G) Aston Services Limited were asked to provide an alternative value engineered scheme without compromising the design intent for Prosperity 24/7’s business headquarters in Castle Quay, in St Helier Harbour.
Following our various workshops with the client and their architects Axis Mason, Aston were able to meet their design aspirations and costs expectations to get the works underway.
With a tight programme and technical installation, we worked closely with the project team, issuing combined services drawings, supplying all technical information and product selection options.
With a tremendous amount of co-ordination work with the client, main contractor, architect, consultants and sub-contractors the project was finally delivered on schedule, to the highest standards and within budget.
